The Ballad of Wallis Island tells the quirky tale of an eccentric lottery winner who retreats to a remote island with one dream: to turn his fantasy into reality by hosting private concerts from his favourite musicians.
Isolated but rich beyond measure, he sends out extravagant invites and irresistible offers, drawing music legends to his doorstep. But as each performance unfolds, so do the oddities of his lonely paradise. Equal parts whimsical, touching, and surreal, this offbeat story explores the cost of chasing dreams, the strange power of money, and what happens when fantasy meets the real world, on Wallis Island.
