Set against the turbulent backdrop of 18th-century England, Savage House is a bold and visually striking period drama that blends dark satire with biting social commentary.

As a devastating smallpox outbreak spreads across the country and the Jacobite uprising threatens the established order, Sir Chauncey Savage and his ambitious wife, Lady Savage, remain consumed by a relentless pursuit of wealth, status and influence.

Blind to the suffering unfolding beyond their grand estate, the couple indulge in excess and privilege while desperately clinging to the illusion of power. Their lavish lifestyle masks a world of moral decay, where greed, vanity and ambition lead to increasingly shocking consequences. As disease and political unrest close in, the Savages' carefully constructed world begins to unravel in a blood-soaked tale of hypocrisy and self-destruction.

Darkly funny, unapologetically brutal and richly atmospheric, Savage House is a razor-sharp exploration of class, corruption and the cost of unchecked privilege. Blending historical drama with wicked humour and striking visuals, this compelling film offers a fresh and provocative take on a society where appearances matter more than humanity, and where those at the top may have the furthest to fall.
