I have tickets for Cinderella this Christmas – what shall I do?
Nothing right now. Watersmeet will contact all ticket holders from 14-30 September to rebook their tickets for the equivalent show in 2021.
Will I be able to have the same date as I have now?
Using the new schedule for Cinderella 2021, you will be offered the equivalent date next year.
Will I be able to have the same seat as I have now?
Where possible, we will ensure that all seat numbers are offered for the rearranged shows.
Can I change the date for next year?
Yes, this can be done for you, but the current date may fall into a higher or lower price band. If higher, you will be asked to pay the difference. If lower, you will be refunded the difference.
Can I have a refund?
Yes, you can have a full refund for your ticket, but we hope that you decide to still see Cinderella at Watersmeet in 2021.
What will next year’s pantomime be?
Cinderella has been postponed until next year, so it will still be the same show as you would have seen this year.
If I am unsure of my plans at this time, what should I do?
You will need to decide by 30 September whether you wish to rebook or accept a refund. After this time, we will open up ticket sales for next year’s pantomime and you may lose the seats you had booked.
I was coming to the relaxed performance, when will this be?
We are still finalising the schedule for this. When you are contacted by Watersmeet, they will offer you the new date for this performance.
Can I book tickets now for Cinderella next year?
Not quite yet! Tickets for next year’s pantomime will go on sale 1 October 2020.
