Childhood best friends Jane, Coco, and Sophie are desperately in need of a break. Leaving behind the stresses of everyday life, they escape to a luxurious countryside spa for a weekend of pampering, relaxation and quality time together. With massages booked, prosecco on ice, and every detail carefully planned, it promises to be the perfect retreat.

But their dreams of tranquillity are shattered when Mel, their unpredictable and relentlessly chaotic old friend, unexpectedly crashes the weekend. Wherever Mel goes, trouble follows, and the spa soon becomes the setting for one disaster after another. From awkward misunderstandings and escalating mishaps to outrageous encounters with staff and guests, the group's carefully curated escape quickly spirals out of control.

As tensions rise and secrets surface, the friends are forced to confront old grievances, shifting relationships, and the reality of how much they've changed since their carefree youth.
