Rachel O'Hare plays Tigerlily
Rachel returns by popular demand, bringing magical storytelling, music and sparkle back to Neverland this Christmas!
Rachel returns to Watersmeet Theatre by popular demand, taking on the role of Fairy in this year’s magical production of Peter Pan. Previously delighting audiences as the Fairy of Cloudland in Jack and the Beanstalk, Rachel brings warmth, charm, and a wealth of experience to the stage.
Yorkshire born, Rachel began her performing journey at the age of three, training in ballet, tap, and contemporary dance. Her early passion for performance led her to compete in the final of Miss Dance of Great Britain in 2007 and to reach the semi-finals of GMTV’s family band competition in 2009.
She went on to graduate with a First-Class degree in BA Acting from the Arts University Bournemouth, before building a diverse career across stage and screen. Rachel has performed in the West End with Duck Egg Theatre as Pam in Leave Hitler To Me, Lad (2015), and continues to tour extensively across the UK and Europe with companies including Vienna’s English Theatre, Wizard Theatre, and Illyria Theatre.
Her notable roles include Mole in The Wind in the Willows at the Minack Theatre and Maid Marian in Robin Hood. Alongside acting, Rachel is also a multi-instrumentalist, playing piano, guitar, ukulele, and accordion, and runs a small independent business creating clothing and artwork.
A true storyteller at heart, Rachel brings creativity, versatility, and a touch of magic to every performance.
