The Box Office is open 10am-4pm Monday to Friday. In addition, it is open on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm (1 October - 31 December). Watersmeet is closed on Bank Holidays.

The Box Office is also open one hour before curtain up on performance days and will remain open for 15 minutes after the start of the show.

As a venue for hire the price of the tickets is passed back to the hirer. The booking fee is a charge to cover our administration, overheads, staffing costs and applicable credit card fees.

Ticket Information

Programme information is correct at the time of going to print, but is subject to change. Patrons are advised to check their tickets at the time of booking as tickets and fees are not refundable. Subject to availability and return of original tickets, we can exchange tickets for another performance of the same production and a £2 administration fee will be charged for this service. Where the new performance is at a higher cost, the price difference will be charged, but if lower, we would not be able to provide a refund.

Telephone lines are open during Box Office hours or call into the venue. Tickets can be purchased with credit/debit cards or cash. A £1 per ticket administration fee will be charged (up to a maximum payment of £6) for telephone bookings. If you book online there is a £2 transaction fee. There will be no fee payable for customers booking in person at the Box Office. Tickets can be booked online up to the day of the event. A transaction fee of £2 will apply.
