During your visit:
  • The bar will be open and refreshments are available to pre-order and may be collected from the Colne Room during the interval.

Our Ticket Policy

Programme information is correct at the time of going to print, but is subject to change. Patrons are advised to check their tickets at the time of booking as tickets and fees are not refundable.

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase, except when an event is cancelled.

Should you test positive for Covid-19, it is your responsibility to decide whether or not to attend the show.  If you decide not to attend, then no refund will be given.

Subject to availability and return of original tickets, we can exchange tickets for another performance of the same production and a £2 administration fee will be charged for this service. Where the new performance is at a higher cost, the price difference will be charged, but if lower, we would not be able to provide a refund.

At Watersmeet we take the quality of service we provide to our visitors very seriously and therefore the venue is fully accessible and offers the following facilities: Lift from the lower to the upper foyer, disabled toilet, emergency exit for wheelchair users, reserved seating situated in the rear of the Auditorium and infrared hearing devices.

Watersmeet aims to welcome people with disabilities, so when booking your tickets, please ensure you advise the Box Office if you require assistance or you are a wheelchair user.

Please note:  Due to our fire regulations, space for wheelchair users and their essential carer will be located in Row S.
