We can offer a full Box Office service, covering advance tickets and door sales. We provide customers the flexibility to book online, by telephone or in person during our normal opening hours with extended opening hours during your event, with prior agreement. Hirers can also take an allocation of tickets to sell to friends and followers, effectively creating two box offices.
Front of House & Stewards
Included in your price will be the services of our Front of House Manager for the duration of your event and two stewards to assist with ushering, meet & greet duties and bar service. If additional assistance is required, we can provide extra staff for you at a nominal charge.
Watersmeet has all the facilities that you would expect at a theatre. We have a highly trained team who will be happy to assist with your technical planning. If you require any technical advice prior to your event you can speak to our Technical Manager.
Prior to your event our Marketing Manager will be happy to meet with you to discuss the promotion of your event in more detail. Whilst we cannot design and produce the material for you, we can talk about your requirements, offer our suggestions and assist you with suppliers where necessary.
The Colne Room includes use of a bar, which will be stocked and staffed by Watersmeet. A kiosk is available in the upper foyer. This is provided without stock, unless prior arrangements are made.
A food preparation area is also available for visiting caterers. Security deposits are required for use of the catering facilities. There will be an additional charge for hirers bringing in their own alcohol beverages into the venue.
Watersmeet hall hire rates are extremely competitive, but as no two events are ever the same we like to tailor make a price for you based on your specific requirements.
