Watersmeet is an ideal venue for conferences and meetings of all sizes. It has a selection of rooms available to hire and can accommodate a wide variety of corporate gatherings and training courses.
The auditorium has a capacity of 515 for theatre-style presentations and large scale conferences and 250 for cabaret style events and gala dinners. This incredibly versatile room boasts a stage, cinema screen and a unique hydraulic floor which can transform from a fully tilted theatre-style set up to a flat floor for product launches, staff incentives and themed events.
In addition, all seating can be removed, leaving a large area for you to theme your event. The venue has a theatre loading bay and the stage can accommodate large sets and props including cars and trucks. Hirers of Watersmeet include Comet, Renault and Nestlé Waters.
Watersmeet’s Colne Room has a capacity of up to 70 delegates theatre-style and includes use of a bar, which will be stocked and staffed by Watersmeet if required.
This room provides the perfect space for smaller business meetings. Additional break-out areas are available which provide an ideal setting for roll play scenarios and private meetings.
Reception and food preparation
Watersmeet has two reception areas that are ideal for registering your delegates or general socialising during coffee breaks and lunch.
A food preparation kitchen is available, whether you require morning coffee and pastries, afternoon tea, a hot or cold buffet or seated meal, we are happy to guide you through the options available.
Our hire rates are extremely competitive, but as no two events are ever the same we like to tailor make a price for you based on your specific requirements or depending on your specifications a day delegate rate may provide better value.
