The Art of Coexistence

Sheila is an experimental Printmaker, living and practicing in Hertfordshire.
Her work takes a critical view of social, political and cultural issues and is motivated by the evidential ironies of photography and the technical complexities of printmaking.
These competing ideas coexist through a variety of materials and processes to create artworks that combine digitally manipulated photography, drawing, found objects and a host printmaking techniques.
Sheila has recently been selected as a Member of the Society of Designer Craftsmen and is an ongoing Member of the Printmakers Council, with whom she continues to exhibit.
